“I was quite disappointed with my stay. The breakfast was terrible — very limited options and not appetizing at all. The room wasn’t comfortable; I could hear the neighbors talking and even snoring through the walls. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and to make things worse, the noise from the birds outside kept me up most of the night. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t stay here again.
The good thing about the hotel was the location, at the heart of Carlisle. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Lakes Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, with stunning views that made our trip feel extra special. Our accommodation was comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.
A special mention must go to the concierge team, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
