“Bra pool ”

“We booked the ocean view suite to have an uninterrupted view and spoil ourselves but the whole experience unfortunately got ruined by the lack of view and staff. The view from the suite 505 is blocked by the tree bar and when expressing our concern to the hotel staff, they offered very disappointing solutions (free breakfast and a massage) - Hotels.com was more helpful than the hotel itself - but we just wanted an ocean view. I refuse to believe that we’re the only ones who have complained about...

“Noisy from construction-work close to the beach-side.”

“I would like to say that the staff has been the best thing about the hotel, always with a smile, always quick to help and very friendly. Thank you! The room was large and comfortable, the only thing that was always annoying was the smell of damp basement, it got a little better after airing and AC. Free water and cleaning every day if desired.”

“Fantastisk personal”

“It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet....
