“We loved our weekend at Warner Hall. Such a beautiful property, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast service. Mindful staff who took really good care of us. Don’t miss the little boathouse where you can borrow kayaks. Close to historic Yorktown and Busch Gardens. ”

“Clean and neat with a friendly staff and decent breakfast.”

“I loved her antique decorations and homey feel to the property.”

“Cottage was so cozy a d very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet area after a busy day visiting the area. Would definitely book again.”

“We had a wonderful stay on the York River and would definitely recommend this house! It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, and three full bathrooms worked perfectly for our group of five adults. The fenced yard was also a huge bonus for our dog.We especially enjoyed the easy access to the river during the hot weather. The two kayaks, one canoe, and variety of life jackets made it easy to get out on the water, and the views from...

“The host and family were very nice and responded timely to any questions. The property and apartment is beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this for a stay.”

“The cottage was perfect for 2 for an anniversary get away. Convenient to Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown without being congested. A number of restaurants in the area. Watching the sunset from the river dock was beautiful every night. Although we only ate breakfast there, the kitchen seemed to be equipped with most everything you need. Although we had no problem, the narrow steep stairs to the bedroom could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Overall a very nice place to stay if...

“Wonderful cottage. Peaceful and quiet. Centrally located. It was a wonderful vacation”

“Great property and look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!”

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

“This is a very comfortable clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s very close to some excellent restaurants and places of interest. We especially enjoyed the sunroom.”

“Property and water were very peaceful. There are plenty of things to keep everyone entertained!”

“I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and...
