“The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! ”

A day before checking in, I called the hotel and spoke to Rachel requesting an early check in, if they were able to accommodate it. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my family and other families traveling with our team had an easy and smooth process. “The property felt new, and the staff, particularly Talia, were very friendly. I didnt like the bathroom dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. The squeeze bottles were very tough to use, especially if they were more than half empty. ”
