"we first booked a reservation, then extended with 2 more reservations longer as we wanted to stay longer in sydney. Prepaid full all 3 bookings. I double checked with the hotel before arrival that we would get the same room and not have to check out, when we then arrived at the hotel they wanted a deposit for our already paid reservations x3. i.e. 200 aud x3, normal hotels only register the bank card but these took the payment and when I got the payment back we got less than the deposit back due to fees and currency exchange fees. they also said that we would have to check out every time even if we would get the same room. our first room was full of hair in the shower so we got a new room, but in the second room there were dirty socks and a used hairspray bottle behind the dresser. no one has cleaned them up yet."

"If you prefer a self service apartment instead of a hotel room this is an excellent opportunity. You have the supermarket next door, which makes it easy and convenient to buy what you need. Avoid floor 3 since that serve as the entrance to the parking. Quite noisy when people comes and goes. Higher level is preferable. "
