The welcoming we recived was somthing other motels could learn from, as soon you walk in the front door you are meet with exstremly clean foyer area which is the start of the whole experince of what to expect your stay is going to be. “Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back.”

“Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed.”
