Lyxhotell i Island

“The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Unfortunately, for the high price they charge, this hotel is not worth it. I paid more than 600 dollars for one night, one person, and for that price I expect more. The hotel does require some renovation which is visible (flooring missing in some places, marks on walls, the spa outside etc). The staff on arrival was ok but in general not so hospitable. My perception was that they were perhaps not so experienced or trained in hospitaly management. I remembered later that it said in my booking...
