“We just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! I have never dealt with such an amazing and caring team. Lady at the checkout desk was amazing TISHANA and Wayne the server at the Cabana . This hotel is just the right size. I love it so so much. I would only ask for better air-conditioning in the main Diamond facilities and in the main checkout area but other than that, it’s an amazing...

“Hotellet ligger långt ifrån allt, vägen dit är dålig, hyrbil är ett måste. den enkla men goda maten kostar fyra gånger mer än på turistorterna och dryckerna är också hutlöst dyra. Dom underbart trevliga flickorna som jobbade på hotellet blev illa behandlade av ägaren inför gästerna. Vårat rum var väldigt litet, dålig säng och inplastad madrass. Hit åker vi inte igen.”

“The hotel promised wifi but we had to sit in the lobby. If they have said that the lobby was the only place with wifi we had accepted it but they said we could get wifi in the room. That never happened. They told us that it was a problem with the provider... for four days!!?! Terrible! The room and they view was amazing! ”

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

2/10 Väldigt dåligt
"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
