“Underbar personal, stort hotell utan att kännas opersonligt.
Mycket bra mat i a la carte restaurangerna, buffén som förväntat.

“Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant.
The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.”

“Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

“We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”

Tensing Pen Hotel

Tensing Pen var lugnt och stilla. Lite som en paradisvärld, lagom att vistas där 3-4 dagar. Tyvärr ganska dyrt.
