“It was a pretty standard hotel. Nothing really out of the ordinary or exceptional. My family and I went there for a show at red rock, and didn’t really know about the area whole lot when I discussed with the front desk if they had any information about the area, they weren’t really helpful. The unfortunate part was that you could hear every single step or word or noise coming from the neighboring room, which made it a very hard sleep. Not a whole lot around the hotel. “This is an interesting combination of a high end hotel while also laid back. Everything is immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, even the pull out sofa. Close to great shopping, dining and parks. Pet friendly. Wonderful complementary breakfast. Very safe and secure”

“We stayed 4 nights. Each day we stayed the “free breakfast” offerings became smaller and smaller as the were “out” of things. This was to the point that my husband and I refused to even bother. Elevator was out of service. Pool that is advertised is not available. It’s misleading to say that these amenities exist when one cannot make use of them. The room and overall facilities were very outdated. Let me be clear that I did not expect a 5 star room or facilities, my expectations were reasonable...

“The property was ideally located to downtown shopping, restaurants and the popular Alamo Drafthouse cenima. It is a great location and nice downtown community with a combination of shops and nearby apartments, it is a fantastic location. The staff was amazing. The food in the restaurant was creative and equally excellent, helpful $$-&$$ so a little pricey but well worth it. I recommend the green chili egg dish for breakfast.
