“The property was very stylish and nicely layed out. Furniture is what you may call 'has had a good innings' a bit tired, could do with updating as padding is a bit flat.Washer machine needs a really good clean, attention to the door seal, as had a very strange smell coming from it and mould. Nothing that a good bit of elbow greese couldn't sort out.Needed more glasses and plates, as only had enougth for 5 guests, not 11 guests as stated it sleeps. “A group of 8 of us stayed at Rotherham House for a lowkey Hen Do and it was absolutely perfect for us! It was beautifully clean and everything was as described. Everything was fully stocked and there was anything we could need readily available at the property. "Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "

"Sadly they didn't inform us there was a renovation going on on our floor in several rooms, included the adjacent one. Not that nice to be woken by work sound and music from the adjacent room in the early morning. No compensation was offered either for the inconvenience it caused. "

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
