“people are friendly at the property. Areas surrounding the property are not at a good living standard ”

“They didn't let me check in and i lost my money and no way to get in contact with this app or agency ”

“Bra läge, fint poolområde och fina rum med balkong mot havet men väldigt nedgånget på sina ställen med trasiga och lösa markplattor. Väldigt långsam service i restaurangerna med över en timmes väntan vid flera tillfällen.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it did not live up to the expectations set by its 5-star rating, especially considering the price. For instance, the directions from reception to the restaurant, that was located in a separate building, was vague. “Very nice room, kind and helpful staff. Restaurant could be in better shape”

The hotel is just outside the city centre but it’s just a short car drive away. A shopping mall is adjacent with a good range of restaurants.”

“Fint läge vid havet, fint poolområde men slitet och och slapp service.”

“Nice staff, OK breakfast but they need to do two things: 1) make sure that they can serve against the same menu at the pool bar as in the restaurant as one now have choose between the "light menu" with beer or wine at the pool bar; or the full menu with no beer/wine in the front restaurant. 2) a very old, unresolved, issue: in the corridors with rooms in the 4, 5, 6 and 7-hundreds numbering 01 - 08 - please put some simple sun shades on the corridor windows!!!!! Such a simple thing that would...
