“All in all a good hotel and we were happy with it. The great location and price made it worth the minor things. We had a beautiful balcony view of the pool area and the ocean. It is close to convenient stores where we bought breakfast as we didn't want to pay for the buffet. Bought baguettes and fruits and some cheese and had that on the balcony with the view. “Food and the service level are really bad. Tried to order room service twice, they told me they are very busy and will call back which never happened, so we gave up. Booked the Japanese restaurant one night, when we arrived they told us there is no table available (luckily, since the place looks really awful). Plenty of options nearby 5mins from the hotel. “Highlight of our stay in Nouméa. Swimming with pods of turtles every day in the lagoon was amazing. Paddling around the island was delightful. Each day began for me with a 30-minute circumference of the island before a generous, if inconsistent, breakfast. A relaxing, tranquil and memorable stay. ”
