“If there were zero or no stars, I would rate this place ZERO. Before my arrival, the hotel contacted me to confirm my arrival around 4:30 pm. When I got to the hotel and entered the room, the toilet was full of fecal matter ( to say it nicely). “We love Wind Chimes. We stayed there before in a downstairs room but it was booked when we tried to rent it again. This time, we stayed in an economy room that was clean and quiet but in need of some maintenance (sink & tub drains were clogged) and paint around entry/bath/ closet doors has dirty hand prints. We still highly recommend Wind Chimes! It’s perfectly located, the staff is friendly & helpful, and the main building has charm. ”

"Can not recommend. Room smelled moldy and musty - got respiratory issues, and allergic reaction to the mold. Front desk did not adress the issues, only stating fully booked. "
