“Loved our stay. Room service was hit and miss. My fiancé loved his wagyu pappardelle however my chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. The big spa bath was a great feature. Pillows aren’t actually pillows… they’re blankets folded up and put into pillow cases. Wasn’t the best for my neck. Overall though, we loved our stay and will be staying there again! ”

“Väldigt bra vistelse i Port Douglas! Högt betyg för service på hotellet, men lägre för bekvämligheterna. Vi hade bokat ett mindre rum, vilket inte brukar vara något problem, men det fanns ingen ordentlig garderob eller lådor för att hänga kläder. Extra kostnad för städning varje dag, men det klarar man sig utan! Utöver det så var det ett mycket bra hotell!”

“I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem ”

“Very sophisticated, lots of varying areas to relax around the hotel and marina. Eating options vast - we chose a Chinese banquet which was great. Nice breakfast.”
