“I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. “Mold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some “TLC”, although I’m sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say it’s the management that needs to address the issues.”
