“Yes it was awful”

“Väldigt härlig och rogivande miljö. Ett annorlunda boende utöver det vanliga. Höjdpunkterna var badrummet och frukosten. Säger inget mer, för det är trevligt med överraskningar.”

“Basic room, very dated, but comfortable enough for a night. Friendly staff, told us the hotel is up for sale but needs a lot spending on it, so possibly not hopeful”

“It was a nice place to stay, but the room smelled old and was a lot smaller than on the photo. The balcony was more of a porch which could have been cleaner, and with a railing so the birds could come and sit. Not much choices for food, but if you are ok with paying 30 dollars for breakfast and 45 dollars for dinner than it’s ok, no stores nearby so take with you what you want. The road up to the hotel is a bit scary in some parts, so just be prepared for that. But it was very close to beautiful...

“The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. ”

“Ich vergebe selten fünf Sterne, hier stimmt einfach alles. Sauber, großes Zimmer, Minibar, die keine Wünsche offen lässt zu einem fairen Preis und ein sehr schönes, großes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit Garten, mitten im Tamborine Nationalpark. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!”

“Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen.”

“Drive towards the property is amazing, the scenery is spectacular. It contrasts the bustling cities and get to enjoy the country side. The property itself was well kept and tidy. Would definitely come back to this beautiful place.”

“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”
