“The staff is very friendly and service minded, the wiev from the hotel is amazing and very very stuning. The hotel is a bit old and not up to date. The pool area is a bit ruff and it is cold and dirty water. The breakfast is poor, not much to choose from. The staff really tries their best and are very helpfull. ”

“Comically terrible. -no pool, it was “under construction”. -place was Booked by two weddings when we came, extremely loud music from broken speakers entire evening. -ordered a fruit salad for desert, got a banana (not peeled) and two large chunks of water melon next to it. That was it. The salad. -toilet didn’t flush. -shower didn’t work. -electricity sockets didn’t work, called the reception who sent a guy to tell me it worked. I told him that they didn’t but he persisted and said they do...

“Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service.”
