“We reserved 3 separate "traditional" cabins that we were told had air conditioning. When we arrived, we were given 3 "theme" cabins that did not have air conditioning, even though we paid the higher price. The owner said it was a 3rd party problem, since we booked through Expedia and did not offer to adjust the amount we paid.”

“It was an older hotel and didn’t reflect the quality sty when one hears the Wyndham name. Cons: didn’t collect trash nor change towels the 5 days we were there. Desk person seemed irritated we asked for towels and toilet paper on the weekend. Security was a concern when the back door would not latch due to a rather large eye bolt obstructing the door frame. Pro: served breakfast of sausage waffles eggs etc. room temperature was comfortable and adjustable.”

“There are some pro’s and cons… the cons being that our bathroom was dirty. The corner by the tub was visibly full of dirt and I used a towel to clean it off. They didn’t even open for breakfast on one of the days staff didn’t show up till close to 10 AM. And the next day when we did get to have breakfast, it was very meager. “1. Toilet rocked from side to side 2. Flooring was poorly installed. Floor boards were separating in places and a bit of a tripping hazard 3. Image on TV screen was grainy and the movie would continually pause and start again. 4. Even after going to the front desk, we could not get connected to the hotels Internet on our personal devices. “Room was clean. Great water view from small balcony. Staff friendly. Breakfast options, outdoor patio and staff were fantastic and this area has been updated from our stay 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the rooms haven’t been updated in quite some time. No complimentary late check out despite availability. Could pay $50 for 1 extra hour. Also disappointed they switched ownership and rewards program without carrying over previous earned stay room credits. New ownership also hasn’t partnered with the...

“The location was great. Check in was interesting and the time was strict. We tried to text the number on the door but no responses. They provided bottled water, apples and mini muffins which was very thoughtful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Breakfast was substandard. Packaged stale pastries. Only hot food was oatmeal. Arrived and toilet base backed up. They were responsive, but housekeeping should have noticed the bowl wasn’t draining.”
