“We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. “It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. “Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. “Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that.”
