“What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.”

“El hotel es muy céntrico, limpio su personal es bien atento.”

“Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. ”
