“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“The hosts were expecting pleasant caring and fantastic service, very professional but made sure I was okay with everything. "JÀttefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina strÀnder och stort poolomrÄde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - bÄde i restaurangerna och vid de enklare stÀllena utomhus. Bra stÀmning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det Àr dyrt att Äka till och frÄn flygplatsen samt pÄ utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och vÀldigt turistigt. Stanna bara pÄ resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som sÀkert gÀller pÄ alla stÀllen pÄ Jamaica Àr att det Àr vÀldigt instÀngt - det gÄr inte att gÄ pÄ promenader etc för det Àr inhÀgnat (pga sÀkerhet)."
