“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“A great place! Close to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Ariel is the best host ever! Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go on the catamaran-trip he can book for you. “We spent our 30th wedding anniversary the first week of December 2025. The hotel is perfect for several reasons. The staff is very cheerful and always happy to help, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pelican bar happy hour is fantastic and the lobster fest was superb. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a fantastic bonus. We are going back next year same time and we can’t wait to stay at Royal West. ”

“I had an amazing stay at this place. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of space and amenities onsite. I stayed in a studio unit because I was a solo traveler. I had everything I needed. There were plenty of toiletries, sheets, and towels within the unit. For convenience, there was also a washer and dryer.
