I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. “Clean room”

“Breakfast is not what it was expected to be. I have been to other Embassy suites and they have been far far better than this location. The breakfast is really poor quality, and it is literally all over the place. The rooms were falling apart, ceilings crumbling and peeling, and toilets leaking.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“It was okay definitely outdated for my liking I definitely will go with another hotel in the area for a little more cost just to be more comfortable but for the price point I suppose it's decent esp if you just using it just for a nights stay or will mostly be busy out during the stay.”

“Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.”
