âWe had a great stay. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I wish I had names, but we checked in the and the young gentleman grabbed us a cart and went to our car and helped us with the luggage. âThis was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. âI loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didnât match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than thatâŠI still give our stay 5 stars across the board. â

The club on the rooftop actually gets quite noisy and people coming and going renders the elevators quite dirty. Fitness center was okay equipment-wise and with the nice touch of a great view since its on the rooftop.â
