About this space
We provide a comfortable and cozy 1-bedroom suite with a private entrance for your short-or long-term stay. Whether you need a place to stay for your lay-over, conference, or trip or beautiful Vancouver, we are conveniently located a 12min taxi ride from the airport and are 45mins from downtown Vancouver by transit.

The suite is self contained with its own private bathroom and entrance. The suite is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Free parking on the street.
The space
Your suite includes a kitchenette, TV, and a queen-sized wall-bed that converts into a sofa for day-time use. A keurig, kettle, microwave, toaster, basic dishes/cutlery are provided.

You have your own bathroom with a shower and tub.
Guest access
The suite is inside our home on the second floor, and has a private, key-less entry. Please note that there is one flight of stairs that takes you to the suite.
Other things to note
The queen sized bed is a Murphy bed! It easily pulls down from the wall and lifts back up again to reveal a 2-seater sofa. The bed will be pulled down in preparation for your stay.

My son and his girlfriend had an excellent experience at this property. It is very convenient to the airport and in a neighbourhood with the amenities my son was looking for. Communications with the owner were prompt and he worked with us to find a solution when the threat of flight cancellation almost ruined the trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

Quaint Richmond Unit

I absolutely loved staying at this VRBO during a portion of my solo travels to Vancouver. The unit was very clean and organized with great modern, seemingly new/renovated finishes. I’d highly recommend staying here with a partner or friend, or as a fellow solo traveler!

Clean and modern

This is a cozy, clean and modern studio with separate dedicated bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just about 10 minutes away from the main shopping and eating areas in Richmond. It's upstairs of the owners garage. They were quick to respond when we pointed out that the microwave was missing. Unless you put up the Murphy bed there isn't a lot of space to move around, but it's adequate for a short stay.

Pre-cruise stay in Richmond

We stayed here for 4 days prior to embarking on a cruise out of Vancouver. Richmond was the perfect place to stay for almost unlimited choices for great asian food... we tried a lot of places and loved it all! This place is a portion of the house with separate entry exactly as described; very quiet residential neighborhood and 10 minutes drive to most places in Richmond. You could get around without a car but for this rental location a car is extremely helpful. The host Lei was easy to reach and responded quickly to all requests. Check-in and departure was easy and seamless. The space was exactly as pictured on VBRO. Lei also left some nice touches - snacks, slippers, toiletries, etc. You literally just needed to show up and relax. We would definitely rent again at this location on future visits!

Very nice suite and beautiful washroom. Clean and lovely decorated. The blinds were broken but there were nice blackout curtains. I did not realize there were stairs up to the suite. I had meniscus knee surgery one week previously, so the stairs were challenging for me. The temperature of the suite was very warm when I arrived in the evening and it took quite awhile to cool down by bed time. I appreciated the small refrigerator, tea and hot chocolate.

Overall it was good stay. The suite is small room with attached kitchen set. Appreciate the host for keeping some mandatory stuffs in the kitchen and bathroom. Especially, some chocolates. This suite is in calm environment and near to the airport. The driveway towards the entrance of the suite stinks. Please check
