“We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Just as it looks on the episode of fixer upper. Comfy cozy and clean. Kitchen well stocked bedrooms were spacious with full closets. No dressers for folded clothes. Only on bedroom with a king bed was comfortable. Queen and twin beds were average. Appreciated the gated driveway and secure lock on back door. Would like one on front door. Overall we loved it. Very homey.”

“We met our friends from Houston in Waco for a weekend of golf, shopping, dining and the Texas sports Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. It was close to Magnolia and other downtown locations, so we could walk. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I felt more secure since we could park our cars inside the gated back yard. We would come back again!”

“Beautifully renovated home with everything you need for a nice stay. We really loved watching the cardinals and squirrels in the backyard and being able to cook a meal in the kitchen. The master bedroom bed is comfortable but don't plan on sleeping in the middle as there is a hump.
