“Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. The fireplace wasn't operational while we were there but I didn't bother to check with the host since we were there for just one night. Cute house, great location, quiet. It was raining during the stay so we weren't able to enjoy the patio but it looked nice. We appreciated that they stocked the fridge with Cokes, yogurt, etc. Overall, we...

“We really enjoyed our stay on the Alpaca Farm. Very clean, cozy, and fun. Kimmy is an excellent host. Nearby hiking at Rifle Falls State Park was a great recommendation.”

“Host was very responsive. Home was comfortable and clean.My only issues - upstairs fan did not work, the device had an error message on it and there was no way to figure out how to correct this.Also, the home description should be clear that there is no door (hence no privacy) between the master bedroom and the attached “secondary bedroom” that houses the bunk beds. This is just an odd layout for a home for parents who want some privacy. ”

“Comfy beds and pillows, and quick communication from hosts. Hosts were very accommodating for us by allowing us to check in early. House is right on Grand. Walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants. ”

“Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. The house was lovely with high end appliances and extras such as bidets, hot tub and great appliances. Heated floors in the master bathroom were especially nice. There was a great front yard and you can hear the creek that is close! Location was close to Glenwood and very accessible! Only small drawback was some road noise from I-70, but the rest of everything makes it a great spot! ”
