There is no dishwasher, but there was a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster,and coffee maker. Just the right size for family meals. “House has a great porch and view. However, it would be nice if there were sunshades for the porch in the afternoons when it’s so hot. Probably no problem in winter. Otherwise, great place.”

“The unit was perfect to use as a home base for SpaceX Starship launch and South Padre Island activities. You do have to pay the recreation fee for the facilities, but it's a nice community. If you use this for Starship launch viewing, you'll need to venture out to find a good view of the launch pad, but short walks can get you there.”
