“Did not have towels in our room after we gave them our used ones, went to the desk to get more and they said sorry I only have hand towels and wash clothes, so we had to dry off with hand towels. The carpet is very dirty, must put shoes on asap you get out of the shower or your feet will be dirt.”

They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left. “We stayed at Spark in Erie, PA, for two nights. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Wendy. The hotel was basic as was the provided breakfast. There was enough breakfast to satisfy our needs and those of others. I would describe it as continental with some extras. The room was immaculate though somewhat spartan. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (accessible) was huge with an amazing shower. I missed having a chair in the room as I needed to use my computer for work. I ended...

“Strange, large, octagonal opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, thus no bathroom privacy at all. No television. They had to bring a cable box, install it completely and then gave a remote control that was not connected to the box, and only could access 4 channels, 3 of which were shopping networks. Lastly, the front desk is not manned so you cannot get support, help or answers when needed.”
