The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. “This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!”

“We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

"Rekommenderar verkligen!! Super trevlig personal, fräscha rum, trevlig pool med solläge. Personalen ordnade med skjuts in till stan vilket var otroligt bra då det ligger lite utanför Florens. Otroligt god frukost, kommer boka detta hotell nästa gång jag är i Florens!"

"Allting var otroligt! Kändes som att vara i en film! Väldigt lyxigt! Fanns så mycket roligt att göra, massage, vinprovning med otroliga Gabrielle och en underbar pool! Maten i restaurangen var jättegod. Och vinet med! Oförglömlig upplevelse, önska vi haft ännu mer tid här! Ända negativa är att vi reste med tåg och det var lite svårt att ta sig till tågstationen. Löste sig dock bra med taxi till Florens för överkomligt pris!"
