“We never seen anyone other than a strange old man sitting in a room off the kitchen who didn’t speak.Honest review of someone who loves B&Bs and the charm. Pros-Before arrival the host was very tentative with answering questions. Such as we needed an iron but they had a steamer (big plus). They had snacks and drinks to grab headed out the door. “This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....
