“運河が見えるホテルを探しましたが、どこも高額すぎるためアパートタイプのこちらの宿を予約。 シャワー、トイレ、エアコン環境は快適、ミネラルウォーター、ネスプレッソカプセルのサービス、冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ハンドソープもありました。 ベッドから運河見え、のんびり過ごすことができました。 駅から近いため、人混み感はありますが、橋を渡らなくてもホテルにたどり着けるため、ホテルまでは大きな荷物があっても問題なくたどり着けました。 難点はホテルにはエレベーターがないことのみ、しかし室内で1階あがるだけの階段のため、エアコンも効いているので、ゆっくり運ぶことができたので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。 余裕を持って72時間前までに利用税や、賃貸契約の手続きを済ませるよう、オーナーさんからメールが来ていましたが、旅行中のため全くチェックをしておらず、ベネチアへ向かう電車の中から連絡を取り、バダバタな状態でしたが、滞りなく手続きをすることができました。 最終日はチェックアウトは10時ですが、その後ホテル内の邪魔にならない所に荷物を置くことも、許可していただき、終始とても快適に過ごすことができました。”
