“Pros: great, calm beach for kids! Serving staff was excellent! Our double room was great with the kids. And the pool was fun for kids. Basically I wouldn’t stay here if I didn’t have kids, so it is a very family friendly hotel. Cons: this is the largest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, so it is very busy! Our room was in a building that was pretty far from the beach, so not convenient with kids when going back and forth. And They won’t take kids under 4 (our kid was 3.5) in the kid’s camp so that...

Ac and mini fridge did not work.the ala carte restaurants were either closed or unavailable for reservations during our entire trip. The vacation time share sales staff were quite pushy at times.”
