“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“We had a great stay at District 88, the location of the hotel is great and the room was spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. We will definitely recommend and this is our future hotel in Sayulita. ”

“The pool and roof top bar area. Breakfast a welcome drink each day included. Staff very accommodating about rooms and upgrades of available. I had worried that the central location would be noisy but it was not. The only recommendation would be to ditch the super loud techno awful music at happy hour by the pool. Aside from that it was terrific ”
