“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

Seguro volvemos!!”

“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“This is our 2nd time staying. We love the options offered by the resort and the amount of activities. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating.”

“The food at the restaurants were great! Drinks at the pool and bar were also great. Minimal wait time for food but only one restaurant used a reservation. Our walk was a little long from the room to the pool/beach but not unreasonable. Expect to see some kids where the two resorts combine. Great stay nonetheless, highly recommended.”

“Beautiful resort. Clean, good food, clean pools. Rooms are a bit dated but we don't mind. Been here multiple times.”

“Very clean with a perfect location. Great and friendly staff!”

“Beautiful property! I would stay here again”

“The property was made for relaxing (which was my goal for the trip) I spent 3 nights and had a different breakfast each morning (included freshly baked bread, fruit bowl and the main entree) Marcela was lovely and checked in with me as I came and went. She was incredibly helpful as I navigated San Pancho. The pool (salt water) and the gift shop in the corner were lovely amenities. Would highly recommend for the solo traveler or couples. It’s a great location (everything was less than 10 mins...
