Summary:

This is a 1 bedroom apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features a queen bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away.



The Space:

This is a 1 bedroom apartment with queen size memory foam bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing.

The Neighborhood:

The west end of Roanoke is experiencing a renaissance with new restaurants, breweries, and renovations that allow both visitors and residents to experience the best of downtown Roanoke. You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem.

Great Condo!

This was a nice little condo, close to downtown Roanoke. The condo was quiet, spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood is up and coming, not quite as close to downtown as I wanted, but still very close. Mark with StayRoanoke was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed this stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Very charming remodeled building. The little details really made it extra special: small bag of local coffee to use with the French press, a nice selection of snacks, laundry soap and plenty of toiletries for the whole week. The unit was very clean and had the best smell (I’d like to know the scent) The only recommendation I have is a lounge chair or small sofa for a comfortable place to sit since me and my husband have different sleep schedules.

Great apartment near downtown Roanoke

Had a wonderful time at this rental. True to the photos and description, well-stocked in terms of kitchen/clearning/laundry supplies, A/C and appliances easy to use, check-in was flawless and information communicated in a timely manner, easy to contact hosts via text, parking and deck easily available, close to drive/walk to downtown and close to highways for ease of leaving town to go to hiking spots, quiet at night. Only downside was that there is no living room space, but kitchen and bedroom are large and comfortable and you have access to a large deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay In Roanoke

From start to finish it was a great experience. The owner was very helpful and the place was very clean. It had everything needed to be comfortable and close to everything going on in Downtown Roanoke. I will definitely use them again the next time I am in the area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very nice apartment in the edge of downtown Roanoke. Bike friendly with access to nearby Greenway via bike lane for all but a few blocks. Quick access to downtown. Cool deck. Kitchen nicely outfitted though could have used another pan or two.

Music in Roanoke

Came to Roanoke for the Molly Tuttle/Old Crow Medicine Show. This property was just right for the 2 of us. Convenient to everything. Comfortable bed, great kitchen area, nice bath. Great Wi-Fi and decorated nicely.
