“Nothing fancy but nive and cozy , wonderful views, convenient to lake restaurants and shops. ”

“The property was beautiful with a great pool and dock. All ages (84 yrs to 7 months old) enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Playing pool, or sitting out on the covered deck playing games and music. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store.”

“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness not being the best and the lack of some basics like more than one trash bag. “We had a fantastic time staying in this old log cabin. There are LOTS of amenities and the property is absolutely beautiful. We cooked using the outdoor kitchen and only used the outdoor shower. The porch is facing the lake and it’s so peaceful just sitting there listening to nature. The host was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Make sure to go down the slide and jump from the swings into the lake. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend. ”

“This home was perfect for our group, four adults and two kids. The no wake cove was great for swimming and fishing. We caught lots of cats and carp off the bank, plenty of brim and a good size large mouth bass. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful week at Whispering Pines Estate with our family of 23! The pool was welcomed with the heat and humidity! We loved the covered porch to read and relax out of the sun! We enjoyed the large table to eat dinner together and viewing the wildlife in the evening. We had an awesome week and are looking forward to returning next year!”

“Such a beautiful log cabin inside and out with plenty of room! Just like home away from home with all you’d need. Love that all the BRs have a full BA and enjoyed the large screen TVs. The only thing I’d mention is that the path to the lake is very long and steep with “free form wooden planks”, no handrails, and not easy to navigate for those with any mobility issues. ”

“We had an amazing stay here, it was close to everything and all the amenities were right there! It was a little rainy and chilly our first day but we were still able to enjoy the pool! Awesome location, super clean and organized condo, and makes it easy to enjoy your vacation with a boat ramp and pool! We also had two kids (3&5) and they had a blast!!!”

The home, setting, facilities, and location enabled us to spend lots of time together while also providing spaces for children to play separately from adults visiting.
