“I booked this place for a softball tournament that got canceled a few days before I was originally scheduled to check in. The owners worked with me (I don't think that they were required to do so) and let me reschedule to the next tournament we had in BCS. The house was spacious and the lay out was perfect. I will be looking to book this house any time we are in town for the weekend. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. ”

“This was our second time staying at the property. It is an absolute favorite. We visited this time for our daughter’s graduation from SHSU, and the location was perfect to have our extended family stay with us. 5 starts isn’t enough for this property! ”

“This was the perfect spot for us to stay for a graduation weekend. Nice open kitchen/living room area which was ideal for hanging out together. Everything was new and clean! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get to various places in the BCS area. Would definitely recommend!”

“Jen is a 10/10 hostess; generous, communicative, welcoming. We were in town for A&M graduation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one of our dogs with us and this was the perfect spot to have space to take care of him out in the countryside. Property was well appointed and comfortably slept 6. “Our family celebrated our son’s Bush School graduation. This was a perfect place for a comfortable family get together! The country setting was relaxing, but it was an easy trip into town. The hosts thought of everything from bug spray to firewood. They even left a celebratory cookie for him! ”

“Loved the property! Was a touch surprised that the rooms didn’t have ceilings so you could hear every snore, etc of the folks around you. But it was wonderfully appointed and very quiet.”

“Nice little spot to stay in for lake trips. VERY clean, very nice inside. Great host. (For guys towing a boat) this might be difficult to turn around if rainy or wet ground. Would like to see a gravel turn around. Overall a 10/10 experience.”
