We stayed in Roatan for 30 days. Our first impression of the place was the building looked nice. The inside was OK but what they outfitted the place with was horrible, the cheapest stuff you could possibly buy. Yes it did work but we got a good laugh every time we had to use anything. The first three nights a huge tree keep banging into the side of the house with the slightest breeze. The oven didn't work and we ran out of propane. The nice repair guy told us it was broke and no repairs were made. The Management company showed the property twice. The first time they didn't have keys to let themselves in and requested us to return to let the in. This messed up our plans for the day but we did it anyway. The realtor was late for the schedule showing and delayed us further. No big deal we still had fun that day. We had some friends over and the neighbors called the cops on our friends. Kind of scary when dudes with machine guns start asking questions. We let them know we were renting upstairs and they informed us that the neighbors called on our friends. After getting back upstairs we had another good laugh. Welcome to Roatan. LOL 7 Days before our departure date the management company is hounding us asking us for the exact time we are going to check out so they can schedule a walk through to check to see if was OK for us to leave. REALLY This place advertised electricity was included as long it was in normal use. We only ran the AC at night. We were up early every mo
