“The place was in walking distance of everything we planeed to do. Property manager arranged travel and met us at the place. Check in was nice and easy, swapped whatsapp with property manger for communication and they never bothered us..Only note hot water starts low in the shower turning on scale...took me 2 days to figure out.”

The rain got us a couple of days but the home layout and the palapa outside allowed for us to stay comfortable even when having to stay home. “This place is a must stay if you’re visiting Roatan! It’s a beautiful house that would comfortably sleep 7 or 8. The beds were cozy, the layout of the house is great and the decks and pool were wonderful. It’s a quiet, safe spot very close to the beach. The hosts offer a golf cart if you want to drive it down towards the beach and very safe to park there. There are some nice restaurants very close by that we enjoyed very much. We had some minor issues with power outages that had nothing to do...

“This property was exactly as the pictures showed on the listing! The view from the pool deck overlooked the golf course and the ocean beyond- absolutely beautiful! The layout was great- plenty of room and generous bedroom/bath combos. This was the perfect layout for a family with almost adult children. We rented a golf car(plus had a car) to get to the beach club. The pool was expansive and the beach lovely. Our property manager, Robert, was exceptional. He attended to the few things we needed...

“This house was everything we needed. We enjoyed the close walk to the private cove, the pool, proximity to West Bay/West End, Mirna’s cooking and Edier’s hospitality and driving. They helped us with everything we needed, at any time. The snorkeling off the private cove was great! We felt safe. It was clean. Plenty of room! We were 2 families with 5 kids! Edier is worth every penny. We would love to come back!”

“We're a large group - 2 families with adult children. The house was excellent - big and spacious. Very clean, private dock where Sundivers picked us up every morning for our dives. Darwin - the caretaker - looked after everything yet was able to not intrude on our privacy. He only speaks Spanish but we made it work and he was great.Communication with Roatan vacation rentals was easy, fast and they are a great bunch of people. Will definitely rent again when we go back!”

“Absolutely beautiful house and location. This was our first time to Roatan, and this was the perfect sanctuary to come home to every day. The fabulous kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, which we often did. (But we also enjoyed the local food every day! Make sure to try the baleadas!) “My gf and I had such a nice time staying at Casa Flomingo. Brad is a super-responsive host. There were no major issues and anything we inquired about he was always quick to respond. This is a great house for large families, several couples, etc--we honestly had more house than we needed for just the two of us. If I have a "complaint" about our trip, it's that the house and pool were so nice we didn't leave it very much. We only went out for meals, but with more planning at Eldon's (grocery store...
