“Gorgeous home directly on the water with amazing views. The grounds keeper, Arnold is a GEM! He’s always cleaning up and very attentive whenever you need him. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out, we had 5 of us and worked very well! ”

“We just returned from a week at the Beachfront Casita. The views were amazing and the beach was quite. Started each morning in the porch with coffee and ended each day with a cocktail watching the sunsets. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked to prepare any meal. The community is quite and even though the deck is shared there is plenty of space. You are closed to West End and there is a Snorkel/Dive shop "Blue Island Divers" just a few steps up the beach. “This place is an incredible beach front location, totally private and perfect for snorkeling from shore. You will spend most of your time outside most likely, on the deck or the beach!It also is located in a good spot on the island- not too far from restaurants and the grocery. Or to take day trips to other parts of the island, its central location really is perfect. The house itself is very nice, especially the upstairs but the basement bedrooms & bathrooms could use a refresh and updated.”

“The place was very comfortable and clean. The AC units cooled to rooms very quickly. We enjoyed to easy access to the reef for snorkeling and did several scuba dives with Blue Island Divers (highly recommended). The dive shop is a very short walk from the house. The area is quiet and laid back. West End and West Bay are a short drive away if you want to visit livelier areas for a day. We took advantage of the free day passes to the Mayan Princes, which was very nice.”
