“HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights...

“3rd & 4th floor rooms are great. I wouldn't suggest 1st room floor rooms unless you get them at a major discount. 1st floor room I had was pretty gross needs updating. Restaurant & lounge were great. Staff & housekeeping are awesome. Close to highway & tons of restaurants.”

“Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...
