“Loved everything about this weekend getaway!”

“Super authentic carriage house, easy access to Old Algiers”

“Great little house on the bayou.”

“The stay was fine for what we needed it for. There are a bunch of stray cats outside (not owners fault) but there was a smell of cat urine and piles of poo around. Could also use a heavier curtain in master. The neighbors have a sensor light that went off all night.”

“Our second time staying here! What a great house in Mandeville. We will back!!”

“Very convenient location for our activities.”

“This is the perfect getaway for our 30th anniversary! Private and so peaceful and relaxing. Spent so much time on the screened deck, rocking with my love, enjoying the river view and the sounds of the birds. Enjoyed walks by the water with the doggies, fishing and oaking in the hot tub. We only left twice during our 6 day stay, we had everything we needed right there”

“Delightful bed and breakfast venue. Real Southern charm and Lynn (the owner) was a fantastic host. Far exceeded our expectations and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer.”

“Our stay at Cozy Cottage on the Bay was the perfect way for us to celebrate our 41st Anniversary! Look forward to our next stay!”

“Pool was dirty and needed updating”

“It was a really nice place. 10/10. Way better than a hotel. Would definitely stay again”

“We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and only a few blocks from downtown. The private deck was a nice touch. If we’d come back this way we would definitely stay again. The host and management were easy to communicate with and messaged a few times to make sure all was well.”

“Clean, very comfortable, was a perfect stay for us and our small pets. Convenient location. Very nice owners. Got a tour of the awesome main house.”

“There were little things that weren’t there or not enough to last a 5 night stay for 6 adults. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags, no bathroom soap in 1 bathroom (we used the shampoo), no laundry detergent (which isn’t always at every Airbnb, I’m just used to having it). Just seemed like someone/housekeeping forgot to restock before our stay. When I contacted the owner they were very prompt to respond but the conversation was fruitless in the end and we never received any of the items so...

“The roaches were definitely a major turn off. Secondly, the AC unit is grossly insufficient to maintain comfort in humid Louisiana weather. Lastly, the keypad lock was cumbersome. The wifi signal is strong and location is centrally convenient.”

“My family and I had an amazing time. We made great memories that will never be forgotten! The home has plenty of space and the property is beautiful with plenty to do! Thank you for making this trip unforgettable.”
