"The Hotel is away from Rome city which means the transport is difficult and since taxis are very expensive staying at this place will cost you a lot if you don’t have a car. For 2km distance the taxi charged us 31EUR! They have no restaurant, no place like kitchen to eat except the Breakfast room which is only open 06:30 to 09:30. It means if you buy food as a take away and bring it to the hotel you need to eat it in your own room or go outside the hotel in front of the entrance. No single place or opportunity with microwave etc. When we arrived the shower holder was broken and the room’s telephone didn’t work, they haven’t checked them before giving us the room and sent a technician for fix while its not expected to disturb the guests and do the jobs after check in. The cleaning personal used to open and enter our room quickly and immediately before we let them in or approve their entry which is very impolite. Another negative thing is the navigation to the hotel reception. It’s very confusing where to find the reception and there is no signs on the location. The hotel logo is also something that makes anyone more confused by having a red triangle sign in front of the name and makes you/taxi driver think its pointing to the right direction, see the attached picture to understand what i mean. It could be a circle instead of a triangle to avoid this confusion! "

"Gammal behöver renovera rummet. Vatten rann på golvet i badrummet. Vi bodde separat rum det är som motel. Sen fick vi två stora dubbel rum men i badrummet vatten rann på golvet och balkong var inte fint. För två personer fanns bara en stol. "

"Hotellet låg i en ganska sliten del av Rom och det var en starkt trafikerad väg utanför men den hördes inte in på rummet. 50m till buss och ca12min till tunnelbana, 8min att gå från tåg till/från flygplatsen. Vänlig personal, bra städning och väldigt fräscht. Ett minus var frukosten som bestod av att man fick välja 6st produkter och många av dem var väldigt söta. Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellet!! "
