“Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. Malgré le malentendu sur le nombre de personnes, Francesca a été très compréhensive et à trouver des solutions pour préparer les chambres qui n'avaient pas été faites. “The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Super property and very attentive host. Property is very large and well equipped. Set on a hill it has fantastic views and makes the most of the setting with sun trap / pool and beautiful tended gardens. We had great weather in late September and travelled daily to Rime for the Ryder cup which was about 1hr by car. Wider towns have restaurants and food / markets and not plagued by tourists”

“The Red House was an excellent place to stay. Otricoli and the surrounding area are just a short walk away, which means you can leave the car at home. The house was very clean and tidy, but remember to buy and place some ant traps if having insects around the place bothers you :) All in all, a top 5 star house and an excellent host”

“Mario and Guilia were very friendly and helpful. The house is pleasant. It's a good place to chill and get away from the busyness. The pool is fantastic (they also have floating stuff there to use) and the balcony a great place to have food (do bring anti muskito stuff). Kitchen well equiped. Beds are alright, but not great. We were two couples and a small child. The separate bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs worked nice for privacy) would recommend to stay”

“Our family loved our stay at Paola's villa! It was great to be able to escape the city every day and come back to such a beautiful, quiet place. It was incredibly hot while we were there, so the pool was a perfect escape from the heat - very clean and the perfect temperature. Getting to and from Rome.was a breeze. The train takes about 50 minutes to get into central Rome. The schedule can be hit or miss, but we were able to just hop on a bus instead. The town of Castelnuovo was also amazing....

“Wir fanden eine äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung vor! Dazu ein schöner Swimmingpool in einem wunderschönen angelegten Garten. Der Garten umfasst dazu drei verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Das Alles zur alleinigen Nutzung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. “We knew that this place would be special, but it exceeded our expectations in every which way. The views, the people, the garden and pool, the peaceful morning sounds...there is something truly special about this place. Tiziana and Giorgio were extremely helpful during our stay and answered all of our questions/requests promptly.
