“The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The property overall is not well maintained. The pool is out of service and ice machines and vending machines are missing or inoperable. The landscaping is full of weeds. I don’t know what the breakfast substance was but it was not eggs.”

“Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. This stay put my wife at ease during our visit. Such great staff, too. Thank you Nicole!”

“Great place to stay”

“Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. That made all the difference for us since we were commuting to/from Mayo Clinic. The free breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, wearing thin during our 1 week stay. Trash was not emptied nearly often enough from the small bins near the elevators. Also the outlets seemed to be nonstandard. It was hard to get a standard hair dryer to stay plugged in due to this issue. Parking onsite was OK, buy maneuvering in the tight spaces was dicey at times. It...

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt. ”

“Impressive customer service, everyone was wonderful! The air conditioner is old though so room felt a little warm and stuffy.”

“We were surprised with an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was a very welcome treat for a mom of toddlers! The suite was spacious and clean with room for a pack n play, stroller wagon, and floor puzzles while still being able to freely move around. The setup is perfect for family and long-term stays especially. A great mini-cation for my kids and me!”

“You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding”
