“I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep.”

“Terrible parking conditions. People fell in parking lot. Everywhere else was cleaned off around streets/shops but hotel had not cleared off parking. Sidewalks were clear but at front of building it was just slush and so dangerous.”

“This is our 2nd time staying here, the first time was perfect, the 2nd time not so much. The even hotel building is shared with stabridge suites. we arrived at 8:30 pm on a sunday evening. The even reception desk was empty and we were able to checkin at the staybridge reception, The onsite parking ramp is frst come first served and was full, and we had to park 5 blocks away and shuttle to and from the hotel, even though there is an employee parking directly across the street that was nearly...

“Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!! Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress. ”

“ Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good and included omelets and French toast. Best part was it being connected to the underground subway and there was no charge to park.”
