“Very disappointing experience overall. The property was poorly maintained, and the level of service provided by both the staff and management was far below expectations. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.”

“If I wasn’t so tired and the room was non-refundable I would have gone elsewhere. The room was absolutely filthy. The bed appeared to have already been used by someone else previously, and the bedding was dingy and stained. The small carpet area hadn’t been vacuumed in quite sometime. The coffee maker had a lot of gunk build up. I had to shower in the dark because the ceiling fan was not working and made an obnoxiously loud noise instead when the light was turned on. “The bed was worn out an sqeaky, a misty scent gripplef my nose upon entering the room, and it never left. Plus someone kept knocking on my door for the sale of candy.....crazy.”
