“Where to start? Your first impression of the hotel is the squeaky escalator to the lobby that sounds like it hasn't been fixed in 6 years. That's because it hasn't because that is when we stayed there last. Our first room had the bathroom sink in the hallway & chipped paint in the bathtub. “Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”
