Hotell nära Strong

“A perfekt place to stay at. The service, the breakfast an the room were really the very best.”

“Convenient location for the strong museum”

“Lovely”

“Thanks!”

“I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire...

“Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

“Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!”

“Very good hotel. Fresh, great location. Quiet area. Restaurant nearby.”

“Beautiful property, close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable.”
