This second floor, 2BR 1Ba stay is spacious, comfortable and functional with in-unit laundry, dedicated desk space, a king & queen bed, and a fully equipped kitchen!



You’ll have the entire unit to yourself with shared access to a 3rd floor outdoor patio!

Located within the Inner Loop of Downtown Rochester, this area is a culmination of the biggest features of the city. This was a great place! Very clean, spacious, lots of thoughtful amenities like a coffee bar, games to play, and the tray with cocktail making stuff. It also comes with a parking space. This location is close to several good restaurants, next to the Genesee River, close to the Play Museum, and near the Blue Cross Arena. The entry off the alley makes one question the place, BUT the apartment is fantastic. We hope to rent it again.

Great Downtown Rochester Stay

Wonderful place to stay with free parking in the garage across from the loft. May have difficulty if ubering, etc due to address dot on the map being on the opposite street from the residential entrance. Would recommend for any interested in Rochester or staying for business.

Nice Stay

Apartment is just as pictured. A little tricky to find but just follow directions sent the day of check in and you won’t have a problem. Elevator was not working in the building during our stay but fortunately the apartment is just on the 2nd floor and was really only a pain when we were coming and going with our luggage. Overall clean and comfortable and a nice place to stay.

The property was awesome. Super cute and modern. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Loved sitting on the window seal and watching out the window. Great selection of games. Coffee was a hit with my husband. Parking was super easy and was pumped that it was included with our stay. The garage was right outside the door, which was convenient. Great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.
